With these two varietals combined, expect a finely honed example of southern French white wine: perfumed, with warming tropical fruit notes. Fermented with native yeasts, aged in tank, bottled without fining or filtering, and zero sulphur. About the winemaker: With the help of winemaker Eric Texier, Puech Redon was able to convert from organic farming to full natural winemaking in 2017.
