The Wine: Prisa Mata 2014 Naranjuez Prisa Mata is a red natural wine made from a blend of Tempranillo (40%), Cabernet-Sauvignon (15%), Cabernet Franc (15%), Merlot (15%), Pinot Noir (10%), and Grenache (5%) grown in Marchal, near Granada, Andalucia, Southern Spain. The grapes are harvested by hand, maceration of 6-8 days, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeast, unfiltered, no added sulfites. Medium body wine with structure, nice fruit and balanced acidity.
