The Wine: Native Red Blend 2020 Maison Crochet Native Red Blend is a red natural wine made from a blend of 1/3 Pinot noir, 1/3 Gamay, 1/3 Chardonnay organic grapes grown in Bulligny, Lorraine, France. The vineyards are planted in several locations around Bulligny and Housselmont. The 3 grape varietals are co-fermented. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites. Light to medium body glou glou style fruity red wine, serve slightly chilled.
