The Wine: Le Festival de Kamm 2019 Eric Kamm Le Festival de Kamm is a white natural wine made from a blend of certified organic Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer grapes farmed by talented winemaker Eric Kamm in Alsace, France. Eric Kamm Auxerrois is fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites. One-liter bottle! The Producer: Eric Kamm Eric Kamm is an anarchist punk born and raised in Dambach-la-Ville, Alsace. He’s farming and that has been in his family for countless generations, living in his 13th-century house and making some game-changing Alsatian Vin Nature.
