La Roche Buissiere Cotes du Rhone Rose 2019

Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre grapes are harvested by hand from biodynamically farmed, 25 year old vines. Fruit is destemmed, followed by a 15 day spontaneous fermentation. The wine was aged for 6-8 months in concrete tanks and bottled without fining or filtration and with no added SO2.Tasting Notes: 'Le Rose' is a dry, food-friendly rosé. Enjoy notes of raspberries, peach and other stone fruit.
