The Wine: Kammeleon Rosé 2020 Eric Kamm Kammeleon Rosé is a natural wine made from certified organic Pinot Noir grapes farmed by talented winemaker Eric Kamm in Alsace, France. Kammeleon Rosé is fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites. The Producer: Eric Kamm Eric Kamm is an anarchist punk born and raised in Dambach-la-Ville, Alsace. He’s farming and that has been in his family for countless generations, living in his 13th-century house and making some game-changing Alsatian Vin Nature.
