The Wine: Harvest 2021 Winemaker's notes: "'Harvest' is a blend of all of the grapes harvested this vintage (Riesling, Sauv B, Cab Sauv, Marsanne, Grenache, Zin, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo). The grapes are from vineyards throughout California which are either practicing organic, certified organic, or biodynamic practicing. This is a fun and lively snap shot of the 2021 vintage and wines to come. Zero S02 - 25 cases made." The Producer: Vin de California (VDC) Vin de California is the brainchild of Adam and Kate Vourvoulis who started this project in 2016 in Los Angeles. Adam and Kate "make wines from heritage varieties in a totally natural way."
