Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, aged for 3 months in cement and stainless steel vats. San Martino Aglianico del Vulture Siir 2020 San Martino Aglianico del Vulture Siir is a red natural wine made from organically farmed Aglianico grapes grown in the Vulture Massif area of Basilicata, Southern Italy. This is a medium body classic Italian red wine with notes of plum, dark cherry, tobacco, and a savory palate. Deliciously classic.
