Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast in concrete vats, bottled unfined and unfiltered, vegan friendly. The Producer: Hollow Wines Hollow Wine is the brainchild of Quinn Hobbs, who's also an amazing surfer, and a friend. Quinn is obsessed with surfing, mountain biking, making low-intervention wine, and the color pink. But he's also completing his Ph.D. in Policy! Mind-blowing. He learned how to make low-intervention wine in Australia and can be seen in scouring the Central Coast looking for cool obscure Italian varietals such as Ruche' and Greco – all for sales on Primal folks, we got the full lineup from the man himself.
