Blackbird 2020

The Wine: Blackbird 2020 Wild Arc Farm Blackbird is a natural wine made from a blend of Noiret and Riesling. Winemaker's notes: "Hand harvested and co-fermented for 4 weeks before being pressed into neutral French oak barrels. Noiret has a distinctive black pepper note, similar to cool climate Syrah, so the addition of the lifted Riesling was a nod to some of our favorite Northern Rhone style wines." The Producer: Wild Arc Farm Wild Arc Farm is a project led by Todd Cavallo and his wife Crystal located in Pine Bush, Hudson Valley, New York State. Todd and Crystal farm about 10 acres of land right in the heart of Hudson Valley. Wild Arc Farm is a "pursuit of sustainable food and beverage production within the small farm environment".
