The Wine: Bianco Quarto 2019 Meigamma Bianco Quarto 2019 is a white skin-contact (orange wine) natural wine from Sardegna, made from 100% Vermentino grapes grown on sandy soils without herbicides or pesticides. The parcel is located 500 meters from the Mediterranean Sea. Extended maceration with the skins, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites. The Producer: Meigamma Meigamma is located in Villasimius, Cagliari Province, Sardinia. The vineyards extend for 1.1 hectares planted with Cannonau, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Muristellu grown on sandy soil. The estate was founded in founded in 2006 by Barbara and Giuseppe Pusceddu, fulfilling their dream of producing wine in the most natural way possible. Barbara and Giuseppe don't use herbicides, pesticides or any other chemical in the vineyards. In the cellar, they adopt a low-intervention approach avoiding selected yeasts or any additive.
