Native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, no added sulfites. The Producer: Lammidia Lammidia is a natural wine project based in Abruzzo founded by Marco Giuliani and David Dear. Lammidia is located in the Gran Sasso National Park near to Monti della Laga, a pictoresque mountain range, extending on 3 hectares. The name Lammidia comes from Abruzzese dialect ´mmidia, which means the evil eye. Winemaking at Lammidia is 100% natural.
